A world above and beyond fashion
Luke Azzopardi Studio’s methodology of concept-based couture breaks through the confines of traditional fashion design. Under the creative direction of Luke Azzopardi, the studio takes a multidisciplinary approach to its projects, combining curatorial research and costume history in a manner that is both visionary and exciting.
In collaboration with various artists, organisations and other creatives, Luke Azzopardi Studio has designed theatrical productions ranging from opera to contemporary dance, consulted on a number of design publications, embarked on visionary research projects and curated large-scale exhibitions on costume history.
