The art of tailoring has long been at the heart of the Luke Azzopardi studio, alongside our well-known love affair with the meticulously constructed garment. From measurements to final fitting, tailoring is an investment in the self. It is a process of self-branding and of distinction, and sees the production of the studio’s most personalised bespoke garments.
The muse for our bespoke tailoring services is Kim Camenzuli who has been one of the brand's resident faces from when the brand was established. As the brand’s studio model, he showcased tailoring as part of every subsequent collection from the very first.
The Process
The drafting of a tailored suit is the result of careful consideration of almost thirty specific dimensions. These are used to craft a pattern which cutters then use to sculpt around the wearer’s body. Turning two dimension into three, the Luke Azzopardi studio holds interim fittings to understand personal preferences and tastes; so that the final reveal is a timeless purchase that fulfils all the ambitions of a project which is bespoke.

Consultations for tailoring projects are often conversations that test the confines of the tailored object as part of our ambition to generate couture.
